This special lot of CTZ was harvested earlier than normal to highlight the hop variety for its aromas, not just alpha.

About: CTZ is the common name for Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zeus, three hops of near-identical flavor profiles released by three different growers. Its high alpha acid content has long made CTZ a favorite bittering hop, but its pungent, dank, citrus, and earthy flavors work well in West Coast IPAs, DIPAs, and other hop-forward beers. CTZ remains one of the most widely grown hops in the US.
